  1. Do you use a close grip on the T2B because of your shoulder issues? Do you find them easier/harder or about the same with that grip? I ask because I have tendinitis in my left shoulder and have trouble with some movements, T2B being one of them.

  2. I’ve tried using a close grip on T2B and touching my toes outside my hands. I’ve had shoulder issues as well and this seems to help me.
