0430 Easy work
A. 5 min airdyne, 3 min clubbell, 5 min airdyne, 3 min clubbell, 5 min airdyne.
B. Hollow holds :15 on, :15 off x 6 rounds
20 min of mobility, this is serious work and I feel it helps my training tremendously.
10:30am main training
A. Power SNatch – build to a 1RM
Hamstring still not right, I wrapped it, warmed it up and risked it.
Hit a SOLID 180lb and felt the Hammy tighten so called it.
Pr is 190lb so not bad.

10 TnG Power Clean – 135#
15 wall balls
10 burpees AFAP
rest walk 4 min b/t sets
(same output per sets!)
1:30, 1:29, 1:28, 1:27, 1:25
If hammy was 100% could have exploded a bit more and pushed this pace but pretty happy with output.
Round 1 was easy, round 2 and 3 was some effort, round 4 and 5 were tough!
