4/01/12 Interval training

First training session post CrossFit Open. 
Took a weeks vaca with family in the Florida Keys, so relaxing…
Looking forward to get back at training.
It’s all about the CrossFit Games from here to July 13th!

5 sets @ 97%:
3 DL – 175#
3 hang power clean – 175#
10 toes to bar
10 ring dips
30 double unders
(rest walk 6 min b/t sets)

RESULTS: 1:02, 1:00, :58, :56, :54
Was faster and easier each round.
