RESULTS: CRAP DAY!
Stiff back, locked up on me yesterday.
Warmed up real well and gave it a shot.
Couldn’t get comfortable on ERG, burpees slow and sloppy.

Felt awful; tight and achey…turned off the clock and did the work because I’m an ASS.
