  1. Good stuff Jerry! How are you feeling? How’s your sleep and eats? Just really curious about how your body feels during this training. What’s your rest day plan? As in how many and when.

    • Jen,
      I feel good. I have a solid base, I feel powerful and not overtrained. I dialed in with my sleep and eats on May 13th (2 months). Rest days thurs and Sun…started going in this week on thurs for some active recovery and cardio.
