Runs were fast.

PC were off today (from yesterdays sq clean/fatigue?)
Missed 3 reps and took too much time after misses.
Another shot at this would be sub 9min but it was good to train when not 100% and push through

MPH – 4,900%!

  1. Hey Jer- Laura and I moved to Jersey(about 20 mins from Philly) I workout now at Crossfit Mount Laurel. Real nice box. Just started there….and loving it.
